Munich, 23. November 2024 12:10 to 0:00
The RG Munich goes on a trip to Erdinger Weissbräu. Erdinger is the world’s largest brewery of wheat beer (Weissbier/Weizenbier), a staple of Bavarian culture. It is a privately owned company (founded in 1866) with world-wide distribution. Their beer is brewed according to traditional recipes, but using state-of-the-art technology.
The total duration of our brewery visit is about three hours. First we will have a guided tour in German (maybe English but we cannot guarantee), covering all aspects from raw materials to distribution, which takes about 1.5 hours. Then we can taste some of the various types of beer and enjoy Weisswurst, typical Bavarian sausages, and pretzels.
